The information collected includes a members name, subscription address, contact address, and PayPal or StormPay address needed for commission payments. This information is required in order to join our program. The use of this information is limited to making payment of earned commissions to the proper mailing address. At no time will the Company share, distribute, or sell your information to any third party. To view any and all information we have on you at any time please visit and log into our members area with your unique user name and password. You can make changes to any of the information you have given the Company at anytime by visiting the members area and logging into your account. BePaidCash Network does not use cookies; however, your IP address is recorded to monitor cheaters.

Special Note on our Double-Optin Safelists: To participate in our double opt-in safelists, you must agree to receive email messages from other opt-in members and the list owner. However, your email address is never displayed, sold, or released to any third party. All mailings are made from our server in order to guarantee your autonomy. You many Opt-Out of the safelists at anytime by simply logging in and deleting your membership, or contact webmaster@bepaidcash.net and request removal.

Privacy Exception: Your personal information will only be released if it is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Should it be deemed necessary to alter our Privacy Policy, you will be notified via email before any changes are implemented.
